Beware of this casino!
I've been waiting for my withdrawal for several days, but nothing is happening. Support is unhelpful and the whole process drags on for no apparent reason. It feels like you're being stalled. I absolutely cannot recommend this website - find a more reputable casino instead!

When you say the support is not helpful, what did the support tell you? Since it is Monday, perhaps the payouts are not carried out through the weekends; could that be the case? I imagine waiting is killing you, so you feel like this is the end of the world, but basically, sometimes it is just slower. This forum is full of these situations.
Additionally, has your account and payment option been fully verified, please?

Support always tells me the same thing: the withdrawal takes 3-5 days. But honestly, I don't understand why they say that - they should just say it takes a few months and that's it. Then at least I would know where I stand and wouldn't play there in the first place. I played there because I thought I would get my money in time. But now the withdrawal is still being processed and I just can't understand why it should take so long. Any normal casino takes a maximum of three days, but here it drags on forever.
Have they already started with the verification process, though?
The thing is that the live chat most of the time doesn't even know what exactly is going on with the withdrawals because it is up to other departments, actually.

First of all I couldn't withdraw more than 500 € and I lost the rest of the money (1200 €) but that doesn't matter. I've been waiting for a withdrawal for 8 days and customer support writes to me that the finance department is checking but please, where are you and who works for you, that's a scheme. I'll never play at this disastrous casino again

I've read that some people had problems with withdrawals, which took several days or even weeks. My experience is that when you deposit and lose money, the few withdrawals you make are approved within 2-3 days at the most, but when you make money, they take a very long time.
I've spoken 300 times via chat or email, and I have three pending withdrawals of €500 that have been unapproved for 11 days now. They don't give me a deadline for payment, nor do they let me increase the withdrawal amount.

As I announced, you have an open complaint, so keep an eye on the timer and when it expires, Dominika will ask you if you got the money. If you still don't, then the case will move on and our team will ask some questions and then contact the casino.
I know it's not the most pleasant thing to do, but you'll have to deal with it somehow.
This sounds like a cash flow issue, the worst I have ever seen was about 12 business days, who knows, everything can happen. It looks like they want to pay you, they are not saying duplicate accounts, fraud and such. I would remain relaxed.
