Hello Casino Guru team,

I would like to submit a complaint regarding Crashino casino.

I deposited 600 USDT on Crashino and later requested a withdrawal of 464 USDT. The withdrawal has been pending since 15 June, and the casino still has not processed it.

I completed all the required KYC verification and sent the documents they requested. Despite this, my withdrawal has not been approved or paid.

Whenever I contact live support, they only repeat that "the team is reviewing the transaction" and that it will be processed "as soon as possible." However, more than a week has already passed, and they do not provide any real explanation, deadline, or clear reason for the delay.

I asked several times how long I need to wait and why the withdrawal is still not processed, especially because such operations should normally not take this long. Instead of giving a proper answer, support keeps repeating the same generic messages and sometimes closes the ticket without solving anything.

I have attached screenshots of my conversations with their support team, where they confirm that the transaction is under review but do not give any exact timeframe or reason for the delay.

Please help me with this complaint. I only want Crashino to process my withdrawal of 464 USDT as soon as possible, since I have already provided all required KYC documentation.
