Confiscated my money

A couple of weeks ago a guy from a L.C.S Casino called me and asked me why I stopped playing (betting) at their site. He offered me a casino bonus and a free bet and guided me to make a deposit (I have all this logged). Then I noticed I was limited to 1 euro per bet (a couple of years ago they claimed I abused a bonus so I'm GUESSING it's because of that). I wanted my money back and was fine with that I was limited. But the guy I talked to fixed so I could bet again and to be able to withdraw the money I needed to vague the money 1 time anyway. I lost my free bet and my casino bonus as well. However I won with the money a deposited. I won quite a bit actually, just over 2000 euros (only betting on 1x2 and big leagues). I was limited again after that and wanted to withdraw the money. The first withdrawal of 500 euros was no problem. However when I did my second withdrawal they just notified me that the winnings are deducted from my account and it's restored to 50 euros ("your remaining balance of 50€ is to balance the difference between your deposits and withdrawals" they wrote).

I won't get an answer from them what I did wrong other than a copy of their statues. The guy who called me and offered me a bonus is ghosting me and the support just says that if I have any complaints I need to talk to MADRE.

So my question is; Do I have a case here and if so is there any idea for me to take it via casino-guru or should I just go the MGA Boards right away?

May I firstly ask which casino you have in mind exactly, please?

I couldn't understand that, to tell you the truth.

Also, did you play some casino games as well, or was it only from sports betting?

The thing is that we are unable to investigate and to intervene if the case is only sports-related, as we don't have any specialists here for it, and therefore we don't deal with sports-related issues.

When you asked the support what the reason is, have they replied with some answer, or nothing at all?

Sorry, Betsamigo.

Well, I played through my casino bonus but other than that only sports betting.

The support don't answer on emails at all but in the live chat they respond with just a copy of the rules and then they just end the chat.

Unfortunately, as I looked at this casino, they usually do not reply to our complaint team regarding complaints, so we probably won't be able to achieve much here. But, even if you submit your complaint here and the casino does not respond, the complaint will go unresolved, which will negatively affect their safety index, and other players will be able to see it.

With all this said, you should file a complaint and let us do the rest. What do you think about that?

If you are interested, please follow this link.

I know that it will probably not bring you your winnings, but at least you help others to be careful when looking at playing at this casino.

Yes, I would definitly like to warn other persons about this casino.

However I guess I still have a chance to get my money back via MADRE, no?

Or is it some other instance I should follow.

That this company is allowed to keep its license is highly questionable. It also puts the entire MGA on a suspicious level. I mean, these casinos confiscate winnings left and right, regardless of whether you play with or without a bonus. It’s absolutely insane.

If you play at these casinos, there’s only one outcome – loss.

It’s brutal. Does MGA get paid under the table, or what’s really going on?

That is what I wonder too and I'm really willing to put in the time. But I need help where to turn. Could you go a step further than MGA?

MGA will refer you to their ADR. I don't know who it is but it must be some corrupt bastard.

Hello,

I would like to ask you whether you have some tips for fellow bettors. You see, I was trying to dig up something useful, but the truth is that it seems like there are not many places to go. I understand that this situation must be stressful, so I hope someone will help you and I would like to ask you to share any tips you receive.

Thank you.
