Hello, I'm new to the forum and would like to share my experience.
Am I correct in saying that casinos either respond immediately (within a few days) or not at all? I waited a whopping 3 months back then. It was a casino based in Cyprus. The fact alone makes you suspicious in retrospect.

Generally speaking, they usually reply within a week. Sometimes, it helps to extend the timer to 2 weeks, but that's the maximum. There were a few rare cases when the casinos contacted us months or even years later and asked to reopen the unresolved cases that had bad influence on their rating on our website.
It's usually due to a new casino management that starts doing things differently. That's why we also encourage players to submit complaints against casinos with bad ratings, because even though it may won't be solved now, you never know what can change in the future.
