Complaint Against A Game provider

How do I file a complaint against an actual game provider and not a casino? The casino’s don’t have a clue and when i try to contact the provider directly they just ignore me…. I am 1000% positive that both of the blackjack games by BGAMING are INCREDIBLY favored to the houses advantage and the claims of being probably fair are FALSE. I have played these games for years now and I have been playing blackjack for over 20 years. So I am not making these claims as a disgruntled player.

If there is no regulatory agency who is willing and able to investigate further into my claims, then that would only mean one thing to me. This entire industry would have to be built on fraud and the apperent "licenses" that these casinos have are nothing but a stamp that they attach to their platforms to trick us into believing that they are legit….

Somebody needs to look into these games and actually enforce the fairness that they claim to uphold because they are getting away with cheating people out of their money and it is not ok!

Hey there, I fear you can't. If the casino is licensed, however, you may forward your concern to its licensing authority.

As you said, this is how it works in the industry. 🙁

For instance, playing in unlicensed casinos takes, among others, even this risk. We are about to publish an article explaining what players call "fake" or "manipulated games." Just do not expect a breakthrough on how to investigate the games... I'm sorry.
