I am writing to file a complaint against Royal Ace Casino regarding a recent experience I had with their platform. I was given a Free Chip bonus, which I used to play and eventually won $113. I met all the wagering requirements, and the balance showed as withdrawable.


However, when I attempted to withdraw the funds, the request was first canceled without explanation. After trying again, the second withdrawal was marked approved in their system, but I never received the funds in my crypto wallet.


I contacted their support team, and they later informed me that I was not eligible to withdraw the winnings because the funds were tied to a "restricted" bonus. Nowhere during the bonus offer did it clearly state that withdrawal would be impossible or that the terms would nullify all winnings.


This feels misleading and unethical. They are using "Free Chip" promotions to attract players, only to impose vague or hidden restrictions that prevent any real withdrawals. I believe this is a predatory practice that takes advantage of players who trust the platform.


I am sharing my experience to warn others. I recommend avoiding Royal Ace Casino, as their bonus policies and withdrawal practices are deceptive.

So, do I understand correctly that this was some free bonus that the casino offered to you, and later on they said that you actually were not allowed to play?

This really is not right at all, but unfortunately, as I believe, our complaint team wouldn't be able to help out as there was no deposit made, you know.

This, of course, doesn't change anything, and you have done good to come and inform others. We really appreciate it.

Yes, the bonus was offered through platform and I played in good faith, following the stated terms. Now the casino claims that I was not allowed to play or withdraw my winnings due to a "restricted" bonus – only after I won.


I understand that there was no deposit made initially, but the issue here is not just about the deposit — it’s about the unfair and misleading way the bonus was handled. If a player is not allowed to win or withdraw from a bonus, it should be clearly stated upfront. Otherwise, it’s just a trap.


Even if your complaints team cannot intervene, I believe it’s important for peoples to know about such cases — so other players are not misled by bonuses that are essentially impossible to benefit from.

The casino has also done the same thing to me on at least two separate casinos steer clear of this scam site
