Can any one tell me why when I send reply to casino guru I don't get Strait answer amd no reply whatever my question is I never get strait back answer

It is due to the fact, we have opened over 1k of complaints. 🙂

In the top right corner you have the timer which is counted for you/us/casino.

You won't get straight answer when you reply to the complaint thread but you have to be patient. Our team does what is in their power to help everyone.

So how do I know what the other casino I saying and doing like they mention anything amd how does casino guru normally take action

If they communicate with us, you'll see it in the thread of your complaint. Sometimes we may communicate with the casino outside of the thread; it depends on the situation. But everything will be explained and communicated to you.
