Chargeback strength? Any ideas?

Hi- two out of three of my banks have submitted a chargeback for me . The third is arguing it but hopefully they will to. I have lots of evidence showing that I asked to be self excluded 8 times- telling them I was an addict- all in emails- replies form them offering me bonuses instead. Clearly breaking their terms and conditions. All the transactions happened after my first close if account / telling them I’m an addict. What are my chances please? It’s an unlicensed casino. Hopefully your bank will approve the chargeback, as the casino doesn't respond to your complaint at all.
