CasinoTheWorld blocked my account after winning $800 – no proof provided

I deposited approximately $348 and placed only two normal bets on a live match (UAE vs Nepal). Both bets were successful, and my balance increased to around $800.

However, as soon as I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly restricted.

The casino claims that I violated their Terms & Conditions, but:

- They have not provided any specific reason

- No evidence or proof has been shared

- My funds are still being withheld

Additional concerns:

- Live chat initially confirmed that my withdrawal was "processed successfully"

- Later, they completely denied this and changed their response

- I have sent multiple emails, including a formal notice, but received no proper response

- I also escalated the issue to their licensing authority, but there has been no resolution so far

- I found similar complaints from other users on social media

I have all supporting evidence:

- Chat screenshots

- Email communication

This situation seems unfair and non-transparent.

Yes, that is correct — they stated that I violated their Terms & Conditions but did not provide any specific reason or evidence.

To clarify my activity:

- I did NOT use any bonus at all

- I mainly played sports betting (UAE vs Nepal live match)

- I placed 2 bets:

1. $300 on UAE (odds ~2.5) — won

2. $40 again on UAE in the same match — also won

- I also played a few casino games (including Limbo), but only casually and not in any abusive or irregular way

After that, I placed a withdrawal request.

At first, their live chat confirmed that my withdrawal was "processed successfully". However, later they completely denied this and instead restricted my account, claiming a violation without explanation.

I have not used multiple accounts, VPN abuse, or any unfair advantage. My activity was normal betting and casual gameplay only.

I can provide full evidence including:

- Transaction (TXID)

- Chat screenshots

- Email conversations
