Hello, I’m not sure I fully follow you, but I checked our internal system and found a few complaint requests that our complaint team couldn’t accept and therefore rejected. Could that be what you mean when you say you reported three different casinos and something disappeared?
Each rejection includes an explanation of why the request couldn’t be accepted. Please check your inbox for those messages, they may help clear things up.
In any case, let me know if you’d like to discuss any specific details.
Hello. Please read my previous post once more. As I explained, you can find the reason in your email. When the mediators reject a complaint request, at least for the first few submissions, they send the player an explanation by email.
I can see you’ve submitted new requests concerning both previously rejected complaints, so we’ll see what comes next.
Regarding Yep Casino specifically, your complaint was rejected because you used your mother’s bank card, which breaches the casino’s rules on third-party payments. Whether she gave you permission doesn’t change that. Based on those circumstances, we cannot challenge the casino’s decision.
The other complaint was rejected because your requests fall outside what we can help with. We have never claimed that we can carry out a formal investigation into gaming activity or transaction histories, or provide information about the independent testing and certification of games offered by casinos.
These are matters to raise with the casino’s regulator or the relevant ADR service, depending on what they’re authorised to investigate. They fall outside the scope of our complaint resolution service.
I just explained that using someone else’s payment method is strictly against the casino’s rules. That’s basically all. The screenshot also clearly states that you must provide truthful information about yourself. How does using someone else’s payment method fit with that? Do you see the connection?
Given how personal your response has become, I’m afraid I no longer follow how it relates to the discussion. I’m still here for a constructive conversation, but if you’re not willing to take part in one, I suggest we leave it here.
