There is a big difference between not being able to help and not having the decency of answering my questions and concerns.

You never addressed the latter issue which is strictly on Casino Guru and not on the casino.

You are the one who represents the company here on the forum, so it would've been nice if you said something about the matter, but nevermind.

You are wrong. Just because the service is free, it doesn't mean that it should be bad, not thorough or not customer centric etc.

Imagine that I volunteer to deliver leaflets to the neighbourhood for free. I then rip some of them apart, throw them in the mud, don't deliver them to the door, and leave out some houses altogether. Are you satisfied with my free service?

You either do it properly or don't do it at all. If you ask money for the service or not, that's another question.

I put in the time, to write the complaint, provide full context etc. because I think that the reason for refusal is unjustified. They didn't address this at all, thereby they wasted my time which is more important than money.

They waste my time, which is more important then money.

Proceeds to go on a novel-lenght rant on the forums wasting more time complaining about.... you guessed it. money.

Some self awareness, please.

It's nice to see that you are not talking down to me from a high horse 😀

The problem with your reasoning is that you assume things of which you don't know much about, state things with certanity just for provocation, and that's all you do.

But just to reflect to your point, at that point my time was already wasted, so at least let me spend the remaining amount the way I want.

All i can suggest is, that if you dont want the public to chime in on your problems / concerns / whatever.

then dont post it on a public forum.

People wont always reply the way you want them to, especially when you act like an entitled brat.

Best regards

You can do whatever you want, I'm just gonna discredit all of your unjustified claims.

I want people chime in on my problems, this is why I write them down in great detail. Something you didn't read, and something Romi didn't respond to properly.

If you say that it is justified that they don't even back up their decisions with reasons that can actually stand their ground, then you are either one of the Casino Guru team, or you are a person who likes it when you get half baked bread at the grocery store.
