Can't withdraw cash from midasluck

Ion midasluck.com . I trying to withdraw 100 euro from my account but it keeps getting declined after 24 hours. I talked to ther live chat and my account is verified. All there keep tell me that I should clear all catch check I use update Chrome browsers use private settings and try different payments method. Try all them I can't email them as the address there give does work. Who can I take to help me resolve it

Hello, hmm it seems quite strange to me that they speak something about the browser if you enter the usual withdrawal. I'm not sure what the connection is exactly, but oh well. 

You say you tried other payment methods and nothing helps yes? How long does the whole situation last?
