Btc deposit canceled

Before making a complaint to the casino, I would like to know your opinion.

I made 2 btc deposits in a casino in a row, it was a mistake because I just wanted to make one.

The fact is that only one of the values entered. The wallet is btc.com the balance has been withdrawn from the wallet but only one amount has reached the casino.

Does anyone advise me what to do?

So does the casino say they didn't receive the other payment? Have you tried to send them a proof showing clearly their wallet's code?

Maybe you could try to get an official statement from btc.com as well.

For BCH: https://bch.btc.com/

As you know, Blockchain is anonymous and irreversible, if you make a transaction, and there are more than 6 block confirmations, which means this transaction has done successfully.

Please contact the platform which should receive it, you can ask your receiver wallet provider credit for you.

If you don't understand how to verify it, you can simply ask them to explain you how to check if it are more than 6 block verifications.
