Hello everyone,


I deposited €5,000 into my BitStarz account on January 21st. My bank fully confirms the payment, and I have all the documentation in writing.


For the past seven days, I've received almost the same standard response daily: that the case is "being investigated." Nothing is being done, there's no timeline, no concrete solution – nobody is working on my money. €5,000 is not pocket change for me, and it's completely unacceptable for a licensed casino to handle customer funds this way.


I have already officially escalated the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and submitted all the evidence. I am posting this to warn other players and to publicly document the case.
