I admit, I don't like REVOLUT. A company that only has a branch somewhere in Belarus. As a bank, I would never trust them with money.
However, I am constantly being harassed on YouTube about her great casino. I couldn't resist. I bet. My suspicions were more than confirmed.
In the advertisement they promise double the first deposit. I deposited 2000 crowns. I won 9000 relatively quickly. When I wanted to withdraw it, everything got stuck.
A whirlwind of questions and stupid excuses followed as to why it couldn't be done. They said I was a fraud, had two accounts and that was why they had cancelled my account. But they wouldn't give me any login details for the first one either. Under the threat of making it public, they finally let me access my account with the winnings.
I made a selection. I was told:
Good morning!
We have received a request for payment of 8000.00 CZK.
Please note that this request may take some time to process, depending on the payment method chosen.
The next day this message came:
Your payout request has been canceled.
Reason for rejection: "Please upload photos of your credit/bank card used for deposits to our Casino (from both sides, separately). We need to see the first 6 and last 4 digits, the expiry date, and the owner's name/surname. You may hide the middle number and the CVV code."
... I think it says it all....
