I've always assumed that Betpat was a solid casino.
But what I experienced today is, from my point of view, a cheek
I deposited 25 euros and used a 100% casino bonus.
I specifically asked which games you can play and which you can't. Also checked what the maximum bet is.
I followed all the rules that are typical for casinos.
I managed to meet the bonus conditions and withdrew 1000 euros.
I have to say that I get at least 1-3 of this casino bonus offers almost every week.
Today my withdrawal was denied.
Reason: "I have already used too many bonuses. To be honest, I was amazed and speechless-I never use more than one bonus at a time unless it is a bonus with -X% and free play at the same time.
No, that's not what they meant. They told me I deposited 15 times and used a bonus 13 times. And I mean, what's the problem? I was only allowed to use a maximum of 50% of my deposits with the bonus. That means, 15 times deposited, a maximum of 7 times you can use a bonus.
I meant what kind of rule is that?
They offer me a bonus by email, although they know that if I use the bonus that they don't have to cash out. Normally they shouldn't have offered me a bonus at all!
Even the people in the chat didn't say anything about it.
I'm sorry, but if I offer someone something, even though I know that they still won't get any money, then that is a fraud for me.
Maybe I'm stupid, but until now, no matter which casino I played in, I've never heard of the rule and I've never had any problems with it.
I usually take a bonus when I make a small deposit, just to have longer game fun. And if I did that 10 times somewhere after a while and then won something, no casino complained or refused to pay out.
That's why I always check which games are excluded from the bonus - how much can be paid out and what is the maximum stake.
Is it really up to me that I have to know about such bonuses, if I can assume that everything should be normal if the bonus is offered to me via my> email address?
