Betpat and the fooling of the players

I've always assumed that Betpat was a solid casino.

But what I experienced today is, from my point of view, a cheek

I deposited 25 euros and used a 100% casino bonus.

I specifically asked which games you can play and which you can't. Also checked what the maximum bet is.

I managed to meet the bonus conditions and withdrew 1000 euros.

I have to say that I get at least 1-3 of this casino bonus offers almost every week.

Today my withdrawal was denied.

the casino only has one curacao license which means that if there are really problems you don't have a licensor to turn to.

Honestly, the rule sounds stupid. If they don't want you to take bonuses, then they shouldn't offer and allow you to take bonuses. It's pretty simple.

I don't understand why the casino has so low monthly withdrawal limit. $2,000 per month is really low. Just imagine you win over $20,000. You'd be waiting a year to get it. Not even talking about jackpots that are sometimes much higher.

Applying for 1000 eur every day would be doable, the problem is that you wait for few days until your withdrawal is processed in some casinos, which basically means that you won't manage to withdrawal more than 1000 per week.

To be fair, when you deposit the money in a casino, they don't receive the money immediately, but since they see the money is on the way, they basically lend you their own money so you can play immediately. Regarding withdrawals - it depends on many circumstances. For example some casinos use automation for certain types of withdrawals. The example could be: if the player who requested the withdrawal has already been verified, the withdrawal is lower than 1000 eur, the player requested the withdrawal to the same method as they used to make a deposit, there's no new payment method used on the account = approve the withdrawal automatically. Then you need to wait for few days until the money reach your bank account, but it's not casino's fault.

In other cases, casinos don't use any automation, so they need to check every single withdrawal request manually. It actually used to be part of my job in 2015 when I started working in a casino. Then you need to check many different things about the player - is the player verified, is there a new payment method used on the account, is the ID still valid or expired, does the withdrawal go back using the same payment method, did the player play with a bonus?, did the player obey all bonus terms and conditions?, does the player have any duplicate accounts?...then you do few more checks and then you can approve the withdrawal.

I guess you can imagine that it can take a lot of time.
