I have opened an account for a while now, I have been making a lot of deposits and withdrawals, for transactions and I use btc cryptocurrency, recently I made a deposit and wanted to withdraw but unfortunately the casino rejected my withdrawal requests, then they asked me for an id card, selfie with chat in the background and confirmation of bitcoin deposits.

I sent what they asked for and after a few days I will receive an e-mail:

Hello!

Please be advised that our Security Department found additional accounts registered by you in our system. All accounts registered by you have been blocked due to a violation of the Regulations of our service.

In accordance with the Regulations, all detected accounts will be permanently blocked and the available funds will be forfeited.

You cannot open any new account in our system. Please note that any new account created by you in our system will be closed and all funds will be lost.

they close my account and do not even refund my last deposit, I am convinced that I do not have more accounts and betmaster has no evidence that I have more than one account.

this way you can close anyone's account, I just wish betmaster would provide any proof that I have more than one account.

I cannot provide evidence with transaction dates because my account is closed and I cannot access it, and I play at many casinos and cannot remember the exact date when I made deposits.

I 100% agree. When a casino closes your account for multiple accounts reasons, conflict of IP addresses etc., they should always provide a proof, otherwise they could close any account anytime.

There are also multiple complaints against Betmaster written on this forum so I'm starting to think that there must be something fishy about them. Please, submit your complaint here if you haven't done it yet: https://casino.guru/complaints

The winnings from slot's don't add to the balance. I bought many bonuses (sweet Bonanza, candy rush etc), the balance was reduced but the winnings from the bonuses didn't appear to my balance

Hello there,

so you invested in the buy-in feature and the amount won from those in-game purchases is missing, right?

Well, in this case, I recommend making some screenshots, but I see the problem here because you need to make screenshots just before each in-game buy and after the feature ends to demonstrate the difference in your balance.

If such a problem occurs, you should reach out to the casino's live chat or support immediately after the first problem. Did you do that please?

Can you access your gaming history? Those in-game buys should be visible there, I see that as a starting point for some initial check.

Let me know, please.

It's a long story. When i completed the wagering of the welcome bonus i had 5000 euros of bonus balance. when the wagering completed suddenly the balance reduced to 1000 euros of real money. i contacted customer support and they told that 1000 is the maximum withdrawal amount of the welcome bonus. I said ok, forget the other 4000 let's withdraw the 1000. Note that the 1000 were as real balance on my account, not as bonus money (I have a screenshot). My first deposits were via revolut. From customer support told me that withdraw via revolut is not supported and that i have to make a deposit via MasterCard so they can fix this issue and be able to make the withdrawal via revolut. I made the deposit and contact customer. They informed me that the process of fixing this issue will take some time. I waited for some hours. Also note that at this point i had no active bonus and the balance was real money. While waiting i decided to play some slot's. I bought some bonuses and i noticed that the balance was reduced when i bought them but the winnings of those bonus buys were not credited to my account. I contacted customer support, i sent them screen shots of game history and they claimed that the 1000 were bonus money and no real balance. Can you believe that?? Some hours ago i was talking with them for how i can withdraw them and now they are telling me that they were welcome bonus money.

I have screenshots from the dialogue with customer support in which they admit that i had completed the welcome bonus wagering and that the 1000 were real money balance.

Hello,

frankly, I fear that the wagering does not mean that the bonus ended.

To me, it seems, that this is the case where the bonus ends with successful withdrawal.

I got through your complaint and it seems that you were awarded over 5.8k€ in bonus funds.

Yes, they informed me from customer support that it was their fault and credited my account with this amount. Now i want to see what will happen with the withdrawal. I made four withdrawal requests, each 500 (because it is the max amount i can withdraw per time). They charge 25 euros for each request. The max withdrawal amount per day is 2000.

Ok, now it gets quite confusing.

Anyway, If the maximum daily withdrawal amount is set o €2000, why submit 4x €500?

What have I missed, please?

Because the maximum amount you can withdraw in one time is 500. The maximum amount you can withdraw in one day is 2000.

I can't help myself, this "one-time" limit does not make any sense to me, especially when every withdrawal is charged €25.

I would not say that this s a common amount. Which payment option did you choose, please?

I made the deposit Via Skrill and the withdraw also via Skrill

Thank you, in what status your withdrawals are today? Any development, please?

The most terrible project, they refused to withdraw funds, referring to numerous registrations, but they did it after a month of requesting documents, because if it were true, it would have turned out after passing the standard verification, but they requested documents for a whole month and then simply blocked the account, do not play in this project

I hope Branislav will help you with the complaint. The casino usually shows interest in dealing with complaints in general.

Can you advise whether you passed the verification or were caught in the circle of providing the documents? 🤔

Of course, and I passed it for almost 30 days! I was asked for a lot of additional photos, which I provided everything, and after that they blocked the account, because as they say "For numerous registrations" If this were true, it would be clear on a standard check, and I want to note that I actively played in the casino throughout the verification period, and could lose funds at any moment, but it didn't happen

Now I'm quite confused because I found this information provided in the complaint: "I did not go through a standard verification procedure, I provided a large number of additional documents, it is not clear why this was all done then"

Anyway, such a situation would certainly require some explanation provided by the casino in the first place. I'll wait for that.

I'm sorry, I'm not used to explaining in English, I wanted to say, I successfully passed the standard verification, and after it I passed an additional one, where I provided many different photos

Oh, I see - thank you for the explanation.

So, it seems the casino should provide a decent reason for those obstacles you're facing. Let's see what the casino has to say about this.

My fingers are crossed for you 🤞🤞🤞

As you see casinos and ignore your website and your appeals, I think they are scammers there can be no doubt
