I signed up to this casino without doing my research, stupid I know. I then won a jackpot of 5k, no bonus involved and was fully verified. They then limited my account to only games from one provider and stated "website maintenance" for 3 days.

After constant unanswered emails they eventually said "management decided to block my account from certain providers".

I then initiated a withdrawal to my bank, rejected within an hour. I got nothing from live chat, no response to emails. I then threatened a chargeback as the 2 small deposits I made went to 2 companies in Nigeria. In response to this they said if I blackmail them with chargebacks they will block my account, which they duly did, taking the balance of 6k that was in my account. They did say they would refund my deposits though.

Please add these scam artists to your site, no one else needs to fall foul of them.

It can happen to anyone, so don't be that harsh on yourself.

Signed up to this casino - massive mistake . Not supportive at all . I have emailed them about completing my withdrawal no response . Chat are useless- directing you straight to email which no one replies. I’ve requested 3 withdrawals they are telling me I’m to complete a bonus wager , which they automatically put a bonus on my account not realising at all until I looked at the VIP section . I’ve wagered at least £5k back to them , stated not enough , considering the bonus was £75 with x25 bet. They stopped my withdraws of £2k , £900 and & £500 . I’ve deposited plenty of times and not won a lot until yesterday to warrant a withdrawal .

I know I’m going to just gamble the remaining amount and delete the site . What an absolute joke.

Say you'll charge back the deposits you made. They will probably close your account but they have actually refunded one of mine after I threatened them.

Do I understand correctly that they have mixed your funds, and that is why you are unable to withdraw?

Or is it only because you haven't finished the wagering of the bonus?🤔

It is a shame that you haven't noticed it before that you have that bonus there, so you could cancel it. I believe now there is nothing much you can do just to finish the wagering. Right?

after the third withdrawal was declined and apparently being told to wait again for an email to say if I had finished the wager or not . I do believe I had as I won around £4.5k I ended up just gambling it away and decided to leave the site. They are adding vip loyalty bonus to your account , so you don’t know you’ve got it as they added it whilst I was playing .

there’s no opt in or out for the bonus either . It’s very frustrating…

Send an email to say you'll do a chargeback as I imagine the deposits went to companies in Nigeria if you look at the statements and they claim to be based in Costa Rica. I dedicate 10 minutes of my day to harassing them on live chat or email.
