Bet365 kept my money, they withheld my funds

Good morning, I want to make public the arbitrary and unjustified way that bet365 treated me and I am looking for help to recover my money, the amount is 25,000 soles.

I have been trying for months to verify my account where they ask for debit card verification. I sent all their requirements and without any justification they told me that my account is closed and my funds are being held for not passing their verification. I have all the evidence to initiate a legal process below.

It looks like a defamation campaign against this provider, two consecutive threads with a copy-pasted identical text.

This is not a smear campaign; I have all the emails indicating that my funds were withheld. I am attaching the email where the bet365 email address is clearly visible.
