Good day, I wanted to share with all users the theft I've been experiencing from bet365 since the 10th
Since July of this year, they have been requesting that I verify the debit card I used to make deposits. My bank is Interbank. I have attached bank statements, an additional transaction document showing the card number, name, address, merchant, amount, etc., all the information indicating that I am the cardholder. I sent videos of my app, transaction history, a selfie with both sides of my ID, etc., and they keep asking me for the same thing and giving me the runaround. They ask me to attach a bank statement showing my card number, so I contacted the bank and they told me that no such document exists. The Interbank statement doesn't show the card number, but the additional document I sent has all the information. They haven't verified my card for months; I haven't had access to my account, which makes it clear that they want to keep my funds. I've attached evidence.
