Dear i have played bet on crazy time evolution gaming on that day i have loose all my money only some amount is left i have placed all money on my last bet in crazy time and i have got 20× with crazy time i am very happy but when option for choosing the arrow arrives my bet was rejected by screen message game servor error i am so upset i have done multiple complaint on evolution they admit that i have tried bet but they ha e not considerd it and when i again contact customer care they only said this issue was from casino side please contact your casino and when i contact casino they said we will naver pay you till evolution not credit points of winningfile

Hello,

it would be good if you could share the reaction you got from the Evolution. Frankly, this screenshot gives no useful information. If the game provider truly stated that the problem was on the casino's side, I think you should request your gaming history from the provider and provide both to the casino - ask for their statement again, and keep all screenshots.

i have played crazy time Evolution Gaming on 11 th may i have bet 1000 on crazy time and i have recieved 20 x on it i am very happy but suddenly my running bet is rejected which is about to compleo technical irregularties te it was rejected and i recieve message GAME SERVOR ERROR and when i have coplain in Evolution they admit that bet was rejected due to technical irregularties they said issue was on your casino side but my casino is not admitting and not providing me any statement also they are not sharing resolution Sent by evolution someone please tell what can i do i am not recieving any help from both side my casino exch365.com and evolutionfilefilefilefilefilefilefilefilefilefile

I also ask you kindly to share the name of the casino you played in. I'd like to check their terms and conditions to find a part where to casino reserves the right to void winnings associated with any technical issues or irregularities. Sadly, it's a pretty common rule.

To be able to check anything I really need to know where you played. I was not able to find exch365.com.

Today i have again filed new formal case with evolution they have created new ticked id for my case main problem is casino is not helping they said if evolution credit points of game winning then they will give moneyfile

Hello,

the problem is that you played through an exchange third-party page (shyambook). It's not any casino as far as I learned. Hence it's more complicated to make anybody pay, I'm afraid.

Not even the exarch365 looks like a serious casino page to me it seems that this is only some exchange site too.

I was not able to find not a single term on condition on both sides.

Normally, I'd advise you to submit a complaint but honestly, in this case, I am not sure against which company.

sir they have phone helpline and when i ask them to give game statement they say we dont have and evolution is sending details only to casino not saring any details of resolution with me who is really exposed i dont know what can i do

I discussed the whole situation with my colleague Jozef. K (Deputy Head of Data & Complaints) and I'm very sorry to say that we can hardly provide any help from our end. However, we found the whole situation very disputable, hence we're concerned about both companies and will research how it works. Honestly, it seems like a pure scam at the moment.

Allow me to explain that the main problem lies in the fact that you did not actually play in an online casino directly, you placed the bets via this 3rd party company. This means, the casino is not in relation to you as a player, and the game provider is not related to this shyambook, it's very shady because none of both websites seems to be licensed as a casino. That's another bad aspect simply because the licensing authority is here to protect casinos and players alike. Sadly, in this situation, there is no authority you can contact.

Furthermore, if you are not able to reach the "casino" site and get in touch with anybody who could explain the problem and help you out, we will probably face the same problem as well.

If we come across any useful information or suggestion, be assured that I will notify you.

I'd also like to ask you to do the same.

I think this is probably the best solution.

If you still want to play, please do it more safely. Chose a real online casino with a good rating and with at least a Curacao license.
