Bc game complaint

Hi, I am just looking for a bit of advice I recently had $600 + $1000 bonus from bc.game which I ended up turning into a total of $30000 when i tried to withdraw it says I still had some wagering requirements I was playing with both balances not just the bonus when I hit a max win of $19000 then $10000 when I went on live chat as they only credited me $1000 when I tried to withdrawal they says it was part of a bonus but as you can see from my screenshot it says it wasn’t. They tried telling me that I had completed the wager and was only due $1000? That doesn’t make any sense I won $30000 fair and square I have checked my transactions and it says bonus funds but when I go to my bet history it says normal money nothing to do with bonus. Surely they cannot give me the $30000? I have attached screenshots of them taking the 28000 from me plus the win where it says no bonus Thank you

No advice here but bro they have done you a nasty one. Seen this happen before from bc.game and eventually with the help of this thread and poss a certain individual in here, they managed to get paid out. You should be paid out bro 100% anyone in here able to help this guy???

does anyone know if I’m in the wrong here? There trying to say I used the bonus funds and was only entitled to $1000 but I was using both funds you can see from screenshot it wasn’t the bonus funds I was using

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but they do not even have TCs regarding most bonuses wager requirements and if you check their Trustpilot reviews, it looks very bad there, not just people not being paid, but much worse. That casino has turned rogue a long time ago.

Yes, I do, it was always pretty bad and now it is terrible, Romi, have not bothered to play there for more than 6 months. I think they were sold, changed licences and left many players holding the bags.
