AWINTURA BETTING HOUSE SCAM

Unfortunately, the Awuintura betting house does not allow you to verify your account when you require withdrawals.

all documentation is rejected.

It's a scam, I will continue on social platforms to make people aware of how bad this betting house is, so that they don't continue to scam.

Hello, sorry to hear about the issues you’re having with account verification. That must be really frustrating, especially when it’s affecting your ability to withdraw.

Have they explained why your documents are being rejected? Normally, there should be clear guidelines on what’s required for verification. If the documents meet those guidelines, it could be worth reaching out again to ask for more specific reasons for the rejection. Sometimes it’s just a small issue like image quality or a mismatch in details.

If you continue having problems, it might be helpful to escalate the issue and maybe open a complaint with us.

One more question, for how long do you try to resolve this situation?

Let me know if you get more info, and hopefully, you can get this sorted out!

Good afternoon; I need help getting my bank account validated at AWINTURA CASINO. Since January, I've been sending all kinds of documents, but they're always rejected. This has prevented me from making withdrawals, forcing me to continue playing.

What is the way to make a COMPLAINT?

Thank you

Mauricio

I see that you probably don't need help with the complaint since you managed to open it, which of course I'm glad.

As for the bank statement, have they told you at least once what is specifically wrong with it?

It's a scam; it never lets you withdraw your money. I'm looking for a complaint form.

Hey, I don't envy your situation.

Can you lease tell me more about your situation so I know if complaint would be good advice for you?
