lol yeh it’s just a chat bot, I reckon they don’t even have real people working there. I questioned my own sanity at the end coz I was literally arguing with a bot. Was it jack or Sonia you spoke to?🙄 I was lucky my amount was small compared to other I’ve seen on here,and I didn’t deposit too much before that. I’ve even managed to email a few slot providers and told them that this casino is using their software illegally and one of them responded to me and confirmed it.
