Dearest forum members, From time to time, we witness someone claim to be Casino Guru Administrator, member of the Affiliate Team. Fake Casino Guru social media profiles and email offers that resemble our own newsletters or email designs are also still fairly common. Please pay special attention when you are receiving Complaint Team responses, since we are aware that scammers still try to get passwords or any other details by faking our email templates. Posting reminder from the Complaint Team: Casino Guru will never ask you to make payments or grant access to your accounts in order to complete KYC on your behalf. If anyone claims to be from Casino Guru and requests such information, do not share anything with them. All communication from us will be through this official complaint thread or the official email addresses provided in your case. Please always check the domain of any email you receive and verify that it truly comes from us. You can confirm this by clicking on your complaint resolver’s profile. If you notice anything suspicious, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. Thank you for your patience, and stay safe.

Thank you for taking the time to review my request and explain the decision.

I'm sorry it had to be treated as a cold case. I wasn't aware of the six-month limit. 1xBit took weeks to answer my emails, and the summer passed in between, so by the time I realised the casino would not change its position, the deadline had already passed.

I understand the rule and I appreciate your help anyway. Hopefully my experience will help other players act sooner.

Best regards,

Miguel

I was initially very satisfied with VIP Hive. In the beginning, withdrawals were consistently processed and received within around 30 minutes, which is why I considered the casino reliable.

Unfortunately, things have changed completely. I requested my latest withdrawal on October 1st, and it was approved by the casino. Today is October 7th, and I still haven't received my money. A full week has passed since the withdrawal was approved.

What makes this even worse is the customer support. I have contacted them several times, but I get absolutely no meaningful answer. They simply keep saying that the issue is with the payment provider, but they cannot provide any proper explanation, update, or estimated timeframe.

If withdrawals used to arrive within 30 minutes, I find it completely unacceptable that an already approved withdrawal can take a full week or more, while customer support practically ignores the problem.

I am extremely disappointed because the fast withdrawals were one of the main reasons I trusted VIP Hive in the first place. At this point, I can no longer recommend the casino. A full week waiting for an approved withdrawal is ridiculous, and the lack of proper communication from customer support is even more disappointing.file

Going from withdrawals arriving within 30 minutes to a week without a clear update is understandably frustrating. A payment-provider issue can cause delays, but the casino should still explain what stage your withdrawal has reached.

Your screenshot shows a 50,000 HUF card withdrawal marked as approved. Approval doesn’t necessarily mean the money has already been sent. Has support confirmed that the payment was actually dispatched, or only that it was approved? Also, is this the same card you used for your previous successful withdrawals?

We generally allow up to 14 days from the withdrawal request before escalating a delayed-payment case. For your October 1 request, that would be October 15. This doesn’t excuse the unclear communication, but at this stage the delay alone doesn’t establish that the casino is refusing to pay. Please keep us updated if anything changes.

I want to thank you for your understanding.

It must be difficult because we're still talking about something that actually happened to you and resonates. While from the complaint perspective, well, it's not actual enough for the mediators to challenge the past casinos' actions.

Despite how unlucky this may feel, you're here helping the community through sharing; that matters a lot. 🙌
