i do not see them on here why should I be surprised having a hard time getting a withdraw from them I guess my bad can someone say something good about these guys because I cannot off to a really bad start it has been 8 days and I know wait 2 weeks no it does not take that long nowadays it is fast and if it isn't something is not right along with being ignored they are showing all the signs of a scam casino hope they make it right or they are getting put on blast all scam casinos need to go down in flames

Yes I sent everything on either the 2nd or 3rd..no response through email to the so called banking dept..but chat just refers you back to the banking email which again doesn’t respond

yep they are not reviewed by casino guru I normally check, but I did not. Looks like we have a scam casino going on here so lets put them on blast. I cannot remember where I found them and I am normally on that stuff this has not happened to me since I first started gaming online. Let's shut em down and let the world know they are not real. I have set all documents 4 times now..as long as they respond to work with me I’ll give them a chance but my patience is wearing thin..I’ve sent documents to numerous other casinos and never had these problems

Than they give me an email to contact their banking department which I have for the past 4 days but never answer. Their deposits are always ready to take your money but when it comes. Time to , withdrawal they ignore and prolong the whole situation. What's the point in depositing if you will never get verified. 1star casino

I'm sorry that there has been no communication at all from the support.

The live chat usually really doesn't know much regarding withdrawals, so please know that it is nothing unusual.

It is better to communicate with the support by email whenever it comes to the withdrawals, but if they do not answer, as you said, it can be really frustrating, for sure.

May I ask if you have sent all the documents as they requested? When exactly did you ask for the withdrawal, please?

Yes it sent the required documents 7 days ago and like I said they have never answered me at all, so I don't even know if they received my documents so it's frustrating.

I was finally contacted by banking dept and asked to send selfie again which I did and then asked a Cpl hours later to send selfie exact same message and I sent then was told I had to make a deposit to withdrawal because it was a no deposit welcome bonus..I was very hesitant but I did make a small deposit and was able to withdrawal the funds..Terrible customer services but if you stay at it I think they will eventually pay out..I don’t understand why deposits can be almost instant but withdrawals take at least with me around 9 days
