Anyone else suffering with this?

There's a withdrawal that's been in process for over 48 hours. They're not even answering my emails anymore. I had to call, and they told me to wait a week because they had an issue with Binance, which is where I requested the withdrawal. First, they told me the money would be available in 24 hours, then 48 hours, and now a week is what bothers me the most. At least I can still log in to the page and see that the withdrawal is still pending. Does anyone have any information on what I can do? 😔

I believe that it probably is not at their end, and that is why the waiting time is longer.

It's more like a money withdrawal. And they don't tell me there's no way to cancel the withdrawal. Because it keeps processing.

When it comes to that, the casino still has some time left, so despite, I guess, it sounds rather silly, you need to be patient. I wish we knew what was behind this problem.
