Hi guys,


anyone having troubles with this casino ! They are under review .. they also used a other name … but same logo … I have pending money … they keep asking the same things . I think I already sent my bankstatements 6 times for the error money and pending .. I saw on trustpilot same problems …. Who is playing or have played .


sometimes it looks like ime talking to a automatically computer .


so casino name is Volslot casino … just to make things clear .

played for the first time here … now I have again a missing / pending amount of €500 . They promised me in 24 hours … but if I read the reviews and there verification procedures.


i doubt ….. I hope they keep there promises


any more people playing this casino ? .

Hello Dave 🙂.

I wouldn't say the usual withdrawal time stated in the rules is applicable to the first withdrawal because you need to pass the verification first. As soon as you pass the verification then the the time starts ticking, I'd say.

Update : please be careful with this casino … you really talking to a robot . I sent them

yesterday’s all the screenshots etc for missing . They told me we will transfer to special department. They asking excacly the same now … I think I will never see this money again .

Oh wow …. No they just verified my account 😞… casino is open and you can play ! There goes €725 gone ….. so everything is open for playing …. So I can’t confirm it’s closed .

Calm down.

I told you you the Voltslot casino is under the review - it is NOT listed on the website. Hence it was a particularly bad idea to post all those information to another casino. 🙂 - no related.

If you just check the link a sent you earlier concerning the closed casino we wouldn't have this discussion now 🙂

yes after sending all my statements, screenshots etc file




now they want everything in PDF …. And we have a banking holiday ….. I went further on internet …the people who complaint are more or less like mine ….so still pending money …and in the overview from deposit there are two errors .. they don’t want to explain why ? Keep the famous talking in circles again

stilll pending money about €500 , they refuse any help or willing to help . I do think this casino. Is scam , and I really hope that GUru keep a close eye on them. I lost my money on this . Pending money is every time €100 And the error also . I really hope GURU open this case .because it looks like scam .

Normally, only a .pdf version of a bank statement is acceptable. This specific demand is quite normal, I'd say.

Some people can request such a statement by calling the bank. Me, for instance? I can generate one in my online banking app.🤔
