I recently won $180 on acornfun.com online casino and when I went to cash out my verification failed. I have verified using the same ID so many times and never had a problem. I spent $60 to get the $180 and am upset they let me make a purchase but won’t let me withdrawal. I have emailed several times and no response. The email they say to email also has too many emails that they can’t receive anymore. I really want this resolved.file

Is this acornfun.com? I’m having problems there right now. I deposited $60 and got it to $180. Went to cash out and my verification failed. Now I have money sitting in there and no one responding to my emails

I think it is good you found us. Regretfully, I do not think this is an issue with the regular online Acorn Casino, which shut down a few years ago, is it?

I've been playing games on Acornfun for awhile and have no problem with redemptions until now. I have 9 of them still waiting for review since the beginning of January. I was communicating with customer service through the app with promises to pay me just be patient a little longer blah blah. Well I've been ignored for about 10 days and I've called customer service emailed the support department and I've gotten no where with no responses and I'm at a loss with what to do.

I hate to bring bad news, but I have no other options, I'm afraid. Based on what I assumed, we are talking about a social casino. Frankly, this is just a way to offer casino games on a restricted US market, so it is not officially a casino. Which means there is not much to do when troubles come...
