Made a deposit at 5plusbet casino -1000 rubles. Won 1400, made a claim for payment. A letter came to the mail that they found a duplicate account and they block me.

I asked them in the chat to give at least my deposit of 1000 rubles. But after that the chat is immediately blocked and disappears from the site for me.

I write to the support, the answer comes that the letter does not reach. In general, they blocked from me on all communication channels.
