2 unpaid withdrawals

Hi, I'm new here, and I'd like to thank you for your help. The problem is this. I withdrew €1,000 in two deposits at Wild Tokyo Casino, but they first asked me to verify my profile, which was confirmed, and then immediately afterward to verify the payment. They asked me for my IBAN, a screenshot of the last transaction made with the card, and to verify that the account was in my name, which it obviously is. Now they've also asked me for a photo of the front and back of the card, but it's difficult because I recently created an account on Hype and only have a virtual card; I'll get the physical one later. That said, besides proving that the account is mine and the transactions were made by me, what do I have to do to get my €1,000? Thanks in advance for your reply...

I believe I understand the problem... The casino would like to see you holding the virtual card because the physical one is on its way. I believe it would be good to make this clear to the support right away.

Did you tell them already? Is there a way to provide them with the virtual card details? To me it sounds like quite commo situation and the casino must have resolved something like this in the past, I guess.
