1xbet Biggest Scam till this date

hi

I registered 8 days ago on 1xbet to place bets on my favorite tournament that is going on .

I deposited around 200,000$ and win up to 450,000$ and requested a withdraw but 1xbet keeps rejecting my withdraw requests without giving any reason !

I tried to contact them by email , they say to contact security department , i did and no answer at all !

Are they really holding a gambling license ??

Update 1 : after 14 days of 1xbet refusing to pay me and asking me countless documents (which i gave them) , they blocked my account.

so after i login i get an error saying "your account is blocked , please submit a block appeal here" , after i submitted block appeal , it says your appeal is under review and will be answered in 72h .

Update 2 : 6 days passed and no answer is given from 1xbet , totally ignoring emails and trying everything to not pay me my money !

Hi, with such large sums I could understand why you have a temporary blocked account but as a player I would always like to know why. If there is an investigation going on, that's fine, if you haven't been successfully verified yet, it could be because of that. 

Anyway, I would like at least something relevant. 

If they also give you a deadline when they should tell you something and they don't meet it, it doesn't reflect well.

Well i had placed bets and played in casinos in vegas and even online for millions of dollars , i thought 1xbet is OK for 400k-500k but it's not the case .

I hope to get the chance of receiving my money and RUN FROM THIS casino

I also hope it can be solved somehow. But we will have to wait and see what position they will have in the complaint if they do not answer you personally. I understand that in some cases if there is a check going on, maybe they have nothing to say or they don't want to, but leaving a player in the middle with nothing is not the best option. 

So I'm curious how it will turn out.

I'm afraid that won't be possible. Tomas is trying to answer as quickly as possible but the complaints are increasing every day, so he is not just focusing only on one. You have to be patient, even though I understand that every player would like to resolve this as soon as possible, it is not feasible. 

Anyway, I believe that he will always try to write you back so that it won't take him long. 

On the top right you have a timer that shows how long the site has to reply. I would follow that.

Tomas checked my complaint and after 14 days came to conclusion to not make it public , funny .

He talks about violation of casino terms like he is the owner of 1xbet !

I informed the casino before i created another account sir , it's their mistake of not sending OTP , after i reached out to their support , they told me to create another account and they merge it (which they did) .

So tell mr Sherlock holmes to open my complaint and let the casino defend themselves instead of him !

He says creating multiple account is violation of terms , well isn't giving people private data out violation of privacy ?

So why don't you hold the casino accountable for that?

Why didn't you read my comments on that thread explaining why i created another account and did i inform the casino before or not ? And what did they answer ?!

Also who says the casino can confiscate all the money if they find i have double account ?

Do you have any screenshot or similar that the casino told you to open another account? 

Well, under normal circumstances it's a violation of the rules and the casino will always take everything you had in your account if you open two accounts. 

But if they tell you to do it for some legit reason, and you didn't play on both accounts and try to use it, then I'd see it as okay. 

But if otherwise, then I'd have to say that the casino was doing everything by the rules.

I can see this has been dragging on for a long time but Peter is trying to do what he can to help. Yesterday he wrote to the casino, who must answer the question, and things will develop accordingly.

But a quick question , in your contries , can you go to a notary office and ask to notarize a trust wallet payment ?

Cause in my country (despite crypto being illegal) , the document i notarize must be official and issued by government ...

Hmm, I've never done that. It is possible to notarize a lot of documents, but I don't know if this is the case. Anyway, Peter has already asked a similar question of the casino and I'm really curious what they will answer. 

I don't know if I have ever come across a casino wanting to notarize a trust wallet payment, most of the time when a casino wanted something like that it was a different document and not a wallet.

Ok as you can see 1xbet don't want to understand that i can't notarize a personal wallet crypto transactions .

I asked a friend of mine in a local public notary , he told me since crypto transactions are not official or regulated , we cannot accept them .

But if you can provide enough evidence of showing that transaction belongs to you (i showed him my crypto wallet) , we can certify that this transaction is original and belongs to you (and he said he has never notarized crypto transaction before but i explained the situation to him about 1xbet and he accepted to help me) .

Do you think i should do this ?

1xbet is a fraud in every country around the world, X people applied for the same case of large sums that they never got, it's some kind of fraud, it's not a bookmaker at all!

leave those Russian bookmakers alone. goes around in a wide arc

I think if you have the opportunity and you have a friend working there, I would give it a try. But I don't know if the casino will accept it, because I've never heard anything like that before and I don't know what it should look like. 

If you're not sure, email Peter, who is handling your complaint, and ask him what you wrote here and ask him about it, but I think he'll tell you the same thing.
