I am trying to withdraw just $100 from my account. They keep canceling it for reasons that don’t make sense. Most recently they said I needed an account balance of $200 but I had $203! Then support just keeps copying and pasting the same response which doesn’t apply to me. They said "raise another withdrawal request". I did this but I am losing faith that they’ll process it. If I can’t even get $100 in a withdrawal then why would I ever want to deposit more money?

That sounds weird. We can barely know what happened. Maybe you talked to a customer support agent who was new. I'm thinking that you may played with a bonus and you still haven't completed the wagering requirement?

Maybe try to send them an email. You'll wait longer for the reply, but it's possible they'll come up with a reply that will make more sense.

I have sent them an email. I met all wagering requirements and can send a screenshot proving it. The reason they gave for it being canceled is below. It doesn’t make sense because my account balance is $203. Now I wait another 2 days and hope it doesn’t get canceled again. I spoke with chat and they said to "raise another withdrawal request now that my balance is $203". It was $203 in the first place and I haven’t touched it since. Below is their reason. As I stated, it makes no sense. I had $203 in my account and still do. $203 is obviously more than the $200 they mentioned. I also have wagered on nothing but slots and reached the $3k wagering requirement easily (I’ve wagered over $5k)

We are Sorry to inform you that your withdrawal request has been rejected as you do not have enough balance to deduct Welcome Free Chip of $100

Required balance in your account at the time of Withdrawal: $200 (the bonus amount will be deducted, and the minimum withdrawal that we process is $100. As this is about $100 Free Chip Bonus, the max cash out is $100, therefore you need to have a balance of $200 in your account)


below is my account summary. The $103 balance is after they deducted the $100 pending withdrawal. I see no valid reason it was canceled.

Hi.

It does not make much sense to me either. Just only some fees can be applied, so the final balance might drop under the minimum withdrawable limit, but it should be mentioned and properly explained.

Let us know how the withdrawal goes. If it fails again, I would consider a complaint.

Hi Radka,


it says there is a fee of $3 but it’s deducted from the $100. Either way I have $203 so even with the fee I have enough. I will see if they process the payment this time and will file a complaint if they don’t.

Well, not much I can add from my side. Frankly, this is exactly the situation the casino should handle or explain in the first place...

Anyway, I'll wait for further updates.

I sincerely hope the complaint can still be avoided, but it depends on the casino just now.

They have gone silent on my follow up attempts. I guess at this point I need to start a complaint. Is that something you help me with?

Hi Radka,

any help you can provide would be nice. They have gone completely silent regarding my withdrawal. If they cause so much difficulty over a simple $100 withdrawal then it’s my opinion nobody should trust their money with this casino.
