I came second in the Starlight Princess 1000 tournament and won an Amazon voucher worth $120. After a long wait, I now receive this voucher for Amazon.com and I cannot use it there. I have already contacted Casino Guru but I have not received a response.

Hi, what do you mean you can't use it please ? Have you contacted us by email ? If yes, you will surely get an answer. But I would like to know what is the reason for not being able to use it. 

What I mean is that Amazon.com is refusing payment with the voucher and they are also refusing to transfer the voucher to my German Amazon account. This voucher is only valid for the USA. They have asked me to contact you so that you can create the voucher for amazon.de so that I can use it.... This is going to be a great story.
