I have not been able to join the last seven or eight tournaments or so because they are not allowed in Alberta the province that I live in and I’m starting to get very frustrated with that

Hi, could you try using a VPN? It's fine with us if you're referring to our tournaments. It should work without any problems if you have that option.

I'll try to ask about it, but what exactly is it showing you? Could you take a screenshot?

Have you noticed if this happens with all tournaments or only with a specific provider? We only have tournaments from Relax Gaming or PragmaticPlay.

Just tell me the tournament or game you're trying to launch, and I'll know which game provider it is.

In any case, I'll ask about it, and as I said, if you can use a VPN, all tournaments will work without any problems.

According to my latest information, the screenshot is correct and players from your country cannot play Relax Gaming games due to regulations. So, as I see it, there will be a problem.

As I said, with a VPN you can play any tournament, but if you don't have one, unfortunately you will only be able to play Pragmatic.

Yes i have a vpn and it still does the same

With a VPN, this shouldn't happen, unless you're using one where the tournament is still set to prohibited.

Which country are you using on your VPN? Could you try Austria, for example?

If it continues to happen even with a VPN, I'll ask what the problem might be.
