I think I did the right thing; I submitted it properly. It was a complaint, and it shouldn't have come to this. If you advertise the tournament and the prize, I don't know why you didn't honor it.

I won a tournament on 3rd of March and still no voucher has been rewarded. how long does the verification process take in order for the service provider issues the prize .

Hi, it shouldn't be much longer. According to the schedule, I saw that we're just waiting for the final adjustments. Either Juraj is just waiting for the voucher, or he already has it and should be sending it out. If you haven't received anything by Friday, please let me know again.
