Not letting me withdraw my funds

I've been tryna withdraw my money and theyare asking me to deposit money to withdraw it

What they are asking from you seems like a lot. When you say that you must "reach a balance of $130," do they expect you to deposit the full $130? Or do you already have some money in your account and only need to deposit the difference, for example, another $80 if your current balance is $50?

From one of your screenshots, I understand that this may be connected to a bonus and that you are asking whether the casino will actually pay if you make the deposit. Considering that you are supposedly due to receive $14,572, the whole situation does not seem particularly legitimate or realistic to me.

I can see that you already have a complaint with us, so I strongly recommend that you do not deposit anything for now. Please be patient and wait for guidance from our Complaints team. We do not yet have this casino in our database, so our team also needs to review it and gather more information.

For the time being, I would take no further action and certainly would not send the casino any more money.
