Can you please describe me what is the issue? I just tested tournament on multiple devices, multiple broswers and from multiple countries and everything works well.

The tournament does not start where there are 200 free spins

Basically nothing happens, the screen stays like this 😕

Tried :

• on Chrome, Edge, Firefox
• with or without VPN on multiple locations
• with or without browser extensions

Trying all the same one and the same black screen

Hello, thanks for your video! First thing i can see, is that you using Brave as browser. Brave has a built-in blockers for ads. Can you try another browser and let me know if it helped?

First thing i clarify. Brave has a built in-in blockers for ads but its disabled (when the icon it's not dark its enabled, b, not my case).

How ever. To provide you more information i will use the browser that every basic user use with MS Windows 11. Edge.
