That's a long story...I started as a customer support, then a senior agent, I also worked closely with Payments department (verification of documents, approving withdrawals through different payment providers), I also worked as a "right hand" of the country manager for the Czech republic. Then I worked as a copywriter, I also cooperated with the SEO department and CRM department. I ended up working as a social media specialist for Sweden, German speaking markets and Czech rep. + Slovakia 🙂
