That would piss me off too, I guess. The chat should explain, though I checked the review it says the chat is not available 24/7. Furthermore, it is just a small casino, so maybe they only have a few support operators available.

Anyway, the bonus conditions state "You need to pass ID verification to be eligible for this bonus" Are you sure you have completed the verification?
