have you made an official complaint btw on casinoguru? not sure if you have or not, but if not, then you should, or wait it out for the time being, but if you do, then make sure you do it in the correct section, in the complaints section.

Well ive just emailed Anna on chats with all the screenshots, also Lucas on his email and the other two emails address, so they can't say they are not aware of the issue and my review and complaint on Here. And I will be updating this with what happens next and how long it takes.

it was £2,120 originally but I canceled the transaction to try another card (as told to do) and played abit and won another £1,900. So my withdrawal is £4,020. If they paid me when I asked they would of only had to pay out £2,120. But now it's £4,020. But until that money reaches my account it's zero, because it's just figures on a screen

I no longer play at this casino due to me asking them to close my account down, as at the time i felt like i was gambling too much. Thankfully, their customer support team closed my account down right away, they did this in a very professional manner. Also when i did place bets on this casino, i have to admit, i found it great, the games were fun, the roullett was my favorite, and the payments for withdrawals were super fast! This was a few months ago now, but i felt like they deserve a positive review from me and so others can see this is a safe and secure casino to gamble at.

Hi so, I've been waiting for my withdrawal

of £4,020. Was told that the bank card I supplied did not work. I explained that you can't pay money onto a credit or debit card in the UK. The payment must be an International bank transfer. Lucas told me to try a second card, I told him it won't work and we are wasting time, but I tried it and it didn't work. Then lucas disappeared and said I should get my money at some point. Not heard back. Anna on chat tells me to speak to lucas, I email him and he ignores me. So I send a wattsapp message to the phone number

Listed on the website for affiliates and showed that person all that's been going on. They said management will sort it out. Now that person is ignoring me. I was told about a week ago I was 17 in the queue then 5 days ago I was next. Of course heard nothing.


Michael was very rude, see attached screenshot.


Below screenshot is of Lucas telling me i will get my money..... so let's all count down together how long it takes me to recieve it from now (Wednesday 26th june) file


Now I'm not someone to let something slide like this. I will wait for a reply on here or via email from zeus glory and I will update the forum with a honest review with what happens next and how long it takes to recieve my withdrawal...

Hello,

Waiting more than 11 days must be very difficult, and the casino staff should definitely address this.

Though I imagine you would expect an immediate response from our end, submitting the complaint was a wise decision. Give it a few more days; we have our procedures to follow. Though I am aware that the time is drawing near, I still hope you receive the money before the complaint escalates.

Anyway, have you checked this matter with your bank?

In the UK the only way you can send money from abroad Is through an international bank transfer, I told Zeus Glory that and gave them my bank details on many occasions to all four of their email address and on chat, so you are completely aware and have my bank details

Maybe I did not explain myself clearly, but I wanted to know if you looked into the matter directly with your bank. Asking if someone from your bank could confirm that everything is good on their end.

Not that I want to bother you with pointless questions, but I saw that the casino indicated there was an issue with your bank. I thought it would be worth checking. That's all.

Hi.

They were talking about the problem with the bank being that they won't accept the withdrawal going on to a credit or debit card, what they don't understand (I've told them loads of times) In the UK it is not possible to receive any money direct to a bank card, it must go through the bank. - hence why it must be an International bank transfer. There's no problem with the bank, and if they transfered the withdrawal into my bank account witg the details i have given them,then the money willl go in straight away.


They have everything they need to pay me, they have confirmed they know how they need to pay me, -- but they still have failed to do so.

😀 well, so for many years now, before i tend to sign up to any online bookmakers/casino, i always go to google and type in (casino name) reviews, and by chance casinoguru website came up, and after doing my own research, i found that casino guru is a very strong reliable source and trustworthy when it comes to giving correct information and reviews about casinos! i love it, its great

Well like said I will give updates. It's taken 23 hours for the chat team to respond to me and attached is what Anna said. She said she will notify the department and latest info...let's see what that latest info is...... I will update again when she comes back to me.... still recieved no reply from the 4 emails address amd of course nothing from the manager Lucas who is meant to be sorting thisfile

As I have said before, we are able to send the funds to your bank account but it takes time. You can do whatever you feel is necessary but It takes time that it takes. I will update you as soon as there is an update.

So as you can an update with no update. He managed to pay the other person on here from the UK by international bank transfer and it was paid within 48 hours and then 6 hours..... so Zeus Casino why an I still waiting after 11 days????? HSBC so even same bank account.

very strange, from a personal opinion, i think they are just taking their time due to the high amount of money we are talking about, when i got paid, it was only for like £200 max. But a bank wire/transfer should be done pretty quickly these days, we live in modern times and things like bank transfers really are done instantly

Yea, I think there taking there time hoping that i will play some more and lose the money on one of their games. If they are then they are wasting everyones time and messing me about for no reason, but nope I'm not touching that money, not going to risk loseing it, so they might as well get on and pay me... like I say I will give updates until I get my withdrawal.

i would say so, its a common tactic used by a lot of bookmakers tbh, they hope the longer they delay things, the more likely you get bored, and sick of waiting, then end up gambling it all back away again. Stay strong and just wait it out, at least you know now, going forward what sort of headaches you may face in the future if you win a large amount again
