I'm sorry, but I completely missed the point of your post. What kind of tax are you talking about here? Do you, by any chance, mean some tax that you have to pay in your country?🤷‍♀️

the deduction was just like that..they said in the chat that these fees are incurred..I wrote

15% is quite a lot, but if you can find out these things in the terms and conditions then I wouldn't say that they have it hidden. 

However, what payment method did you use when the fee is so high ? Does it also apply to other payment methods or not ? 🤔
