filefileCasinoZaza, it was good, but now it has become the worst and it is hitting a black spot for me. .They delay paying people on purpose.I have deposits and withdrawals with them, but suddenly when withdrawing 195CAD they decided to do a second check on me, then the amount is still not paid, it's been two days in crypto currency... The world has come up with a way with crypto to make things better fast but Zaza casino likes slow things and slow customers. In their rules, it is written that payments by bank cards take from 1 to 7 days, and electronic payments take up to 24 hours. They have been delaying me for 48 hours now for such a ridiculous amount and when I ask on chat what is going on they tell me that they will block my account because I ask often about my money....Imagine! Mafia!

I think the point is that your account has been marked for further checking. Any payout - no matter what payment option you chose - will not be completed until this further check ends up.

I think you should calm down and let the casino finish the investigation. If everything is ok, you don't have to worry, right?

of course everything is fine! their approach is unfounded! When I deposit $30, $50 they don't do a check, but when I decide to withdraw about $100 they do a check, after I've already withdrawn over $300, $400 they're slowing me down now?! in which they have been delaying me for 48 hours now. After I passed the check, an additional one, then in their terms of electronic payout it says that it takes up to 24 hours, but for me it was 48 hours, I note again that a year ago they paid out profits in 10 minutes just think what a change we are talking about

Hello.

Can't comment on your past experiences, instead, I'd like to say no deposit ever is checked by the casino. For example, if you pay any utility bills by a card or bank transfer, is your transaction checked by anyone? No, it isn't, you do that willingly.

The withdrawal is a completely different story. The first step is to verify the payment option used for the deposit or withdrawal, then your personal information, gaming history, and other details are checked. Since playing in an online casino brings many rules and restrictions along the way, the casino must first evaluate whether you have complied with all those rules.

That is why deposits are not checked because there is nothing to check at all.

Sometimes, when you hit a certain threshold, a further check is required, or your account may be flagged for certain similarities with other accounts, it happens. So the casino must investigate first.

The crucial point is to find out whether the length of all those checks is let's say, reasonable.

Sadly, no exact measure is set for that, because each situation is different. 🙁
