They are a bunch of scammers. I have to deposit money in order to receive my winnings. After I sent all required documents..been made to wait 2 weeks and having my payment reversed. Claimed for second time only to hear they can't pay before I deposit. Having to pay before you can receive your winnings sounds like a scam to me. Avoid them at all cost
Hello there. Waiting 14 days should not be a standard. On the other hand, a deposit is usually mandatory to verify your payment option. The casino needs you to deposit using the option you'd also like to use for the very first withdrawal - that's normal. Though I already know many players are not aware of that 🙁.
I received an email from ZARbet on 3 February 2026 welcoming me to the VIP programme and introducing my assigned VIP Account Manager. The email promised personal support, quick replies, open communication, and even stated that I would receive a WhatsApp message shortly so we could stay connected.
Unfortunately, since receiving that email, I have had no meaningful contact, no follow-up, and no WhatsApp message as promised. I have also reached out myself and received no response.
What disappoints me most is that the email created expectations of a personalised VIP experience, yet the reality has been complete silence. If a company promises dedicated support and ongoing communication, customers should be able to expect at least a basic response.
Several months later, I am still waiting for feedback. The whole experience feels impersonal and misleading, and I am left questioning whether the VIP programme is genuinely managed or simply an automated marketing exercise.

i was contacted via email that i now have vip perks ect and gongradulating me ....And told me she would contact me on whatsap as she wil be my acc manager,,,i waited for her to message me which i expected the next day ofcourse.But nithung got me exited for nothing i mean she clearly stated that i will have benifits ect ect beacuse as u know to be upgraded to vip u have to spend a devent ammount of money playing so i quess i was exited to hear whats on offer ect ...but nothing ....very dissapointed
Oh, thank you for explaining that. Can you perhaps see those benefits somewhere in your casino account? Are they specified in the bonus terms or loyalty terms so that you can actually claim something? I understand that the lack of promissed care is uncomfortable.
