If you want to discuss anything related to Yummy Wins Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
They allow deposits from different providers such as Visa, but when you try to make a withdrawal through that payment method, it does not allow it because you can only do it through Mastercad or Bitcoin.
Also, I am a Spanish citizen and according to the terms and conditions in this casino, we are not authorized to play, however they let me open an account, play, bet and deposit, my fault for not reading the terms and conditions on time, but they also allowed me to.
I played in their casino and they accepted my money, even though they say that they would take the necessary measures in case a player of Spanish nationality participated in games inside the casino. I requested a refund of my money, sticking to this rule and they refused since they say that all the responsibility is mine.
Hello there,
From my point of view, there are several points I'd like to develop a bit.
Deposit options versus withdrawal payment options is a popular topic. It is a common practice that players should opt for the payment option used for depositing, but our forum is full of posts saying the opposite.
There are many reasons, but mostly it is the issue of the casino's 3rd party payment providers.
I think that an honest casino does not forbid specific payment options on purpose people in the casino are well aware that it makes players upsets, and in such a competitive business, it costs the casino money in the end.
On the other hand, we are talking about an unlicensed casino.
I'd say, that it would be good to ask the casino for available withdrawal options in advance to ensure that no surprises come later.
To the restricted countries now.
We believe that technically, it is no big deal to enforce restricted countries effectively. Once the restricted country is inserted into the registered form, the system should inform the player about the rules and stop further progress. So it is the casino's decision how exactly this works on the website.
The main point is whether you got a fair chance to play and win honest casinos should pay out the winnings.
Once the player is allowed to register, he should also be able to cash out.
So, may I know whether you have won, please?
Anyway, I feel that we shall find more in the complaint.
Allow me to add that for your safety, you should only play in properly licensed casinos.
Normally they do not explain anything and neither do the pages that advertise them. Players can register and we are already enabled to play directly.
The system that they apply does not work because they allow players not qualified according to their rules, to play and deposit. Other non-licensed casinos do not allow you to make deposits without first verifying documents, there is the catch.
I don't just play in casinos that don't allow Spanish players, I just didn't know and they didn't tell me. In the end when I tried to make a last deposit, the payment method was blocked and when I asked the reason they told me that it is because I am Spanish. But all this after having deposited many times.
In these casinos I couldn't win anything and only once I did win my withdrawal was rejected because they always get something in the verification that delays the process.
Unfortunately for many of us, we fall into this trap and lose a lot of money.
Hello,
I must say that I'm not familiar with a casino that would automatically verify the account first to allow players to deposit - I'm not. Can you name some examples, please?
Anyway, I guess that no harm was actually done you played away your deposits, and the last one did not proceed because the payment method was blocked. I understand that this is not exactly a pleasant situation, but you played - had the excitement you paid for.
If you had won and the casino would not have paid the winnings because of the restricted country - that would be unfair. I agree. I feel this is not the case though at the moment.
What makes you think you should be given your deposits back, please?
Deposited numerous times using Mastercard and withdrawn numerous times using Mastercard. Now they seem to be pushing bitcoin by declining withdrawal by Mastercard. 3 times I have tried to withdraw the sane 150 euro and all declined saying they are having trouble with Mastercard and to use a bitcoin wallet
Thanks for sharing this issue!
Wouldn't be the only casino experiencing issues with concrete payment options. Let's hope it'll pass soon many players are not yet ready to switch to crypto funds.
Are you ok with using bitcoin instead?
It's something I have never done before tbh, is it safe and how difficult is it to set up?
It depends on the wallet you pick up. I suggest internet research, many wallets provide YouTube "how to" kind of videos. I believe you should start there.
Just mind the value of the currency isn't stable, every option has its cons 🙂
