Yes, thank you I get your point. The main concern here is really not just about me. It is to inform that a casino is taking deposits knowing they can not pay for an indefinite amount of time. You see the seriousness of this? They should either announce and let all be aware or shut down to avoid unpayable wins right?

The casino finally suspended operation . This is not a complaint. I actually think they made the right move and respect them for doing the right thing because it would be a lot worse if they continued operations knowing they are unable to pay .

In my case, I've never been stagnant. I think I was able to withdraw in about an hour at the most. Maybe it's because it's a better match.

For me this casino was so-so.

Please assist in facilitating communication with Dama/Softswiss to expedite the recovery process. They are the platform provider, and I have not observed any other Softswiss/Dama-affiliated sites experiencing issues of this nature.
