If you want to discuss anything related to WJBet Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hey, I see you've put yourself in a regrettable situation. Did the casino tell you why they don't want to pay you and what did you break? I guess I'd start with that, since that's the most important thing in the whole case.
Do I understand correctly that the case is about sports betting?
Nice to meet you Jaroslav
It's about slot bets specifically on just one slot that I was playing for a week and I made deposits in a week for $72ky and the machine started to give me back part of what I had already lost and when I requested a withdrawal they confiscated my winnings, I contacted support and they said that those winnings were not real and were invalid and that I was not new to the casino and I already knew that's how they are, they confiscated all my money $60ky and they told me different reasons why it was confiscated
Thanks for the reply, from what you describe it seems quite stupid to me if I am to tell you the truth what the casino wrote to you.
It doesn't strike me as a normal reason to confiscate winnings.
What slot did you play and I don't understand why the winnings should be illusionary as the agent said in the chat.
I guess I don't fully understand what they meant by that.
So it's probably best if our team continues to investigate and learn something new.
If you have more information, be sure to share it.
Nice to meet you again, Jaroslav. The casino has just given me another answer. This one is very different from the reason why my winnings were confiscated. I was playing only one slot machine, called Bonanza 1000. I have no hope because the casino is operating without a license.
I find it very unfair that they stole my winnings and they give different reasons every time I ask why they took it from me. I have verified and my bets are completely valid in the game I was playing.

So you played with some kind of bonus, right? If so, your bet was $15, am I correct? Do they have something similar mentioned in the terms and conditions that would justify taking your winnings away?
Well, do they happen to have a maximum bet for real money somewhere?
It wouldn't be very fair of the casino, but I'm asking just to be sure.
However, if they took your money based on this, filing a complaint was the right choice.
We will now try to assist you and contact the casino later if possible.
I hope everything will be cleared up.
Good afternoon Jaroslav.
I've checked and there is no section that has a maximum bet for real money.
Also, my bet was always less than the equivalent of a dollar🥹
Practically less than a dollar.
Unfortunately, given the way I was treated by Support, I highly doubt the Casino will respond and clarify why my winnings were confiscated...
Likewise, I am very grateful that you are supporting me in clarifying this situation.
I understand, we'll see what happens and whether the casino responds. I saw that we are now waiting for them in the complaint.
It would be great if they gave us an answer here and we could try to help the whole situation and resolve it with you.
However, there is no guarantee, the ball is in the casino's court.
Thank you. I'm grateful for the glimmer of hope you offer us in these situations. In my case, the casino has extended its time to respond to the case, as unfortunately, it hasn't yet.
I thought it was operating without any permission or license, but I asked support and they responded with the following image.

It's not a good sign when the casino timer is extended, but hope dies last, so let's wait and see.
If they don't resolve it, the casino's safety index will drop, which will hopefully send a message to other players not to try their luck here.
In any case, according to our review, their license is fake, so I wouldn't believe what they write.
