Withdrawals of earnings

I've been trying to make periodic withdrawals, but (unbeknownst to me), I noticed a moment ago in the History that all of them have been refused, with the justification (which I don't understand) that the withdrawal(s) must be made "all in one" (??).

Is that it? I don't know how to proceed.

The situation didn't develop at all...or rather...I didn't get any response from the casino.

I see that the problem is not one of gambling. The problem lies in the inability to cash out...which "says it all" about the Casino's credibility

Well, could you perhaps share what you asked the support? I see you come back, but the matter has still not been explained; hence, it is quite complicated to respond to you.

Care to explain what seemed to be the problem with the withdrawal? Did you try to follow the instruction to submit one instead of many, as suggested by the rejection reason?
