Withdrawal issues with mystake

I am having issues withdrawing my winnings from mystake casino. I can see plenty of other people are having the same issue also. I have my account verified and have sent all information needed over to the KYC team yet nothing seems to be happening.

Can anyone suggest what I can do next?
