Hello everyone, I recently started playing at an online casino called Wishwin (wishwin1.com). I've made two withdrawals before - one for €300 and one for €500 - and both went through without a hitch.
This time, I won around €3,000, but as the casino only allows withdrawals of €500 at a time, I requested a withdrawal of €500, another of €500 the next day and another of €500 the day after that. The casino allows up to three pending transactions simultaneously, which is my current situation, so I haven't requested any more.
The first withdrawal of €500 was requested about eight days ago, on October 20, but I still haven't received the money. I contacted the casino's support team and they told me that there are delays due to the high volume of withdrawal requests and that the finance department is overloaded.
Do you think this is normal or is there any chance that they won't pay me?

My best guess is that you don't need to worry right now; this casino pays out because its Safety Index is quite high and there have not been any significant issues.
However, I would love to see the casino give you a more reasonable option other than submitting more withdrawals for 500€, especially if only 3 are allowed subsequently.
I'm personally not very fond of the daily payout limit set to 500€, because as this forum clearly shows, the reality is a bit different. To me, this limit represents the probability and option to submit a withdrawal daily; however, many other factors still play major roles.

I informed the Casino that I had made complaints and intended to make more, after which I received an email saying that the withdrawal was finally processed and that it could take up to 3 working days. The issue now is that the medium I requested was Revolut, and the other times after receiving the confirmation email it only took a minute for the balance to drop into my Revolut account. Because one of the peculiarities of Revolut, which is why I chose it, is its speed. Now it's been half an hour and I still haven't received anything. I think they may have declared the withdrawal complete and I won't receive anything, and this is where I get scared.

A questão agora é que o meio que pedi foi Revolut, e das outras vezes depois de receber o email de confirmação demorou apenas um minuto a cair o saldo na minha conta Revolut. Pois uma das particularidades do Revolut e daí eu ter escolhido é a rapidez. Neste momento já passou meia hora e ainda não recebi nada. Acredito que possam ter dado o levantamento como conluido e não irei receber nada e é aqui que me assusto.

However, I understand that you are feeling a bit anxious because the withdrawal is marked as completed, yet you have not received your winnings.
One thing you can do is to get Revolut involved and ask them whether there is any pending incoming transaction.
Additionally, you may ask the casino to provide you with the transaction number. If the withdrawal is indeed complete, obtaining the transfer identification won't pose any issue, I reckon.
